If your pet is experiencing a medical emergency outside of our regular business hours, we recommend contacting one of the emergency or urgent care facilities listed below. These facilities are staffed with experienced veterinary teams and are available to provide care when our hospital is closed or fully booked.

Seek emergency care IMMEDIATELY if your pet is having any of these symptoms

• Difficulty breathing

• Extreme lethargy or weakness

• Collapsing or unresponsive

• Excessive vomiting or diarrhea

• Inability to urinate or defecate

• Unable to open eyes

• Sudden facial swelling or hives

• Uncontrollable Bleeding

• Large wounds, burns, or rapidly worsening skin issues

• Not eating or drinking for 24 hours (sooner for younger and older pets)

• Ingests Chocolate, grapes/raisins, xylitol, medications, or toxins (especially lilies is cats)

• Eats a foreign object (toys, socks, bones, etc.)

• Has a bloated or hard abdomen

• Seizures or tremors

• High or low temperature (more than 104 or less than 98 degrees)
